Terms of Service

The terms are simple :

1) We don't garantee that this software will work. Of course we will do everything in our power to have it working perfectly. Bugs, suggestions, and improvements can be reported in our website. We take no responsibility for any dammage or problems that may occur due to the use of myWebChat. (We don't expect any issues, but our lawyers say we must state that).

2) We don't like crackers. The ChatMaster or any other person who uses myWebChat on their website our anywhere else must not try to crack the software or database at any time. By cracing, we refer to any unauthorized access or use, resulting or not in data or financial damage. In other words, be nice.

2.1) User control is ours. Nos We reserve ourselves the right to ban any ChatMaster that we judge to have been using foul play. Banned users will also have their domains banned. In case a user does not agree with our ban, he or she must contact us to prove that no foul play was involved.

3) Free versus paid. myWebChat is free to whoever wants to use it on a single domain. Example of a single domain: http://usestrict.net is one domain. http://mywebchat.usestrict.net is another domain. The application, however, may be used in as many pages of a single domain the user wishes. Example: the ChatMaster may place a chat in the home page, on the "about us" page, or in any other page for that matter, without aditional costs.

3.1) Advertisements. In the free version, we reserve the right to place an ad in the myWebChat Gui. Although we prefer Google Ads, we may change that at any given time. The income of the ads will be ours. In case you do not want any ads to show in your myWebChat, see item 3.2.

3.2) On multiple domains and ads. Users who want to use myWebChat on more than one domain must make a contribution of at least US$10,00 (10 US dollars) per year for the Premium plan. Besides having multiple domains, the Premium plan also allows you to deactivate any ads found in the Gui.
